Work online at your own pace during this virtual instructor lead training course. This course is NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 1 & 2 program.
Consists of three sections
Section 1: Fire Officer as a Company Supervisor, Understanding Leadership and Management Theories, Leading a Team, Community Relations and Risk Reduction and Fire Department Administration.
Section 2: Preincident Planning and Code Enforcement, Command and Initial Emergency Operations, Safety and Risk Management, Managing Community Risk Reduction Programs and Fire Cause Determination.
Section 3: The Fire Officer 2 as a Manager, Applications of Leadership, Administrative Communication and Managing Major Incidents.
