This course is designed to help students become aware of the tasks completed in the regional Agility Test. They will practice each task individually to learn how to best perform each task. The instructor will share about different muscle groups and best tactics for each task. Students will also help set up the course to better understand the lay out and why tasks are done in a specific order.

Attire for the Class: Athletic clothing and properly fitting tennis shoes. Students must supply their own gloves. The remaining equipment will be supplied as part of the program.

The students will have the opportunity to run the entire test during the class if they wish, but the time is not official, they will need to come to the official agility test, and run the test with official time keeper for official results. This class is not the actual agility test, students who enroll in this class will also be enrolling in the agility test happening on 7/13/2024 at 9 a.m.
