ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification
The ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification, a level 2-food protection certificate provides food safety training to individuals that work in the food service industry. ServSafe curriculum was created by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to ensure proper food handling in the industry. The Ohio Food Code, as of March 1, 2017, requires all restaurants to have one employee on the staff that has a Level 2 Certificate in Food Protection.There are no scheduled sessions at this time.
